What do I do next? How does it work?

  1. If you want to have a quick quote for an internal budgeting exercise please go our quick quote page. This will be a very rough estimate
  2. We will assess your request and send you a quick quote. We will also send you a Project Description Document (PDD).
  3. If you wish to go a step further you complete and send back the PDD. Once we get the PDD, we can plan and assess your project we will plan to set up a face to face meeting with you and take things to the next step.
  4. After our meeting, mutual presentations and a deeper understanding of mutual methods we will identify:

    • The best business set-up
    • The best team structure
    • The best pricing scheme

  5. Defining the Statement of work. At this phase we will have the Statement of Work which defines what needs to be delivered.
  6. Proposal and Project Schedule: a Proposal and a Project Schedule will be produced. It is only at this stage that a price proposa can be made.
  7. Agreement: The elements of the proposal and the Project Schedule will then we put into an agreement to be signed so as to start collaboration
